Off-Grid Retreat, nestled in 7 acres of woodland on a 120-year-old working farm.

Our Shepherd’s hut, affectionately known as The Badger Sett, offers the perfect setting whether you’re seeking a romantic escape for two or a peaceful solo retreat. Our hut is the ideal gateway to experiencing the natural beauty and history of the fantastic Lincolnshire countryside.

We even have our very own farm strip grass runway, which is just a short woodland walk from the Badger Sett.

Willow sleeps up to two guests, and is set in its own private enclosed garden, nestled in the corner of bainland park

Cosy up around the wood-burning stove or relax under the canopy in your private hot tub. The Willow has rustic interiors inspired by William Morris.

French doors open onto a wraparound deck area perfect for al fresco dining, then retreat to your king-size bed, and spot shooting stars through the stargazing roof.

Ensuite shower room with a doorway opening onto the deck area. Willow is dog-friendly and welcomes up to 2 dogs per booking.

The Honeysuckle is a warm and cosy hut tucked away in a fully enclosed private garden.

Crafted from 2 Shepherd Huts interconnected through an enclosed walkway. The first hut has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a SMEG Fridge and Le Creuset cookware.

A comfortable sofa next to a wood-burning stove provides the perfect spot for you to snuggle up and enjoy the 55-inch TV. Double French doors lead down onto a large, terraced area with a covered hot tub and Adirondack chairs for you to reconnect with nature.

The second hut is dedicated to a beautiful king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room decorated throughout in a serene colour palette with beautiful textiles by William Morris
